Scope

This Privacy Notice describes how Mithra collects, uses, and discloses personal information about visitors to Mithra’s websites and individuals who communicate or interact with Mithra or use a Mithra account or service (“Personal Information”).

Subscriber Data and other content provided to the Mithra platform under an agreement with a customer are governed by that agreement and any applicable Data Processing Addendum. When Mithra processes Personal Information on behalf of a customer under a Data Processing Addendum, that addendum governs that processing as between Mithra and the customer. This Notice continues to apply to Personal Information Mithra processes for its own purposes. The customer determines what information it and its users provide and is responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required rights or consents. This Notice does not create contractual rights or obligations beyond those required by applicable law.

Information We Collect

Depending on how an individual interacts with Mithra, Mithra may collect:

• identifiers and business, contact, and account information, such as name, employer, role, business email address, and authentication information;
• communications, support requests, and other information or content submitted to Mithra;
• device, browser, network, cookie, usage, session-replay, log, diagnostic, and approximate-location information;
• transaction and billing information, although payment-card information may be processed directly by Mithra’s payment provider; and
• information from customers, service providers, integrations, public sources, and business partners.

How We Use Information

Mithra may use Personal Information to:

• provide, operate, secure, support, personalize, develop, test, train, evaluate, and improve Mithra’s websites, products, services, models, and automated systems;
• create and administer accounts, authenticate users, and process transactions;
• communicate with individuals, respond to requests, and provide marketing or other business information;
• monitor and analyze usage, troubleshoot, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect Mithra, its customers, users, and others; and
• carry out another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or otherwise permitted by an applicable agreement or law.

How We Disclose Information

Mithra may disclose Personal Information to service providers and subprocessors; customers and account administrators; professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and financing sources; affiliates; parties involved in an actual or proposed financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale; governmental authorities or other parties when Mithra believes disclosure is required or appropriate for legal, safety, security, or enforcement purposes; and other parties at the direction or with the consent of the individual or applicable customer.

Cookies and Browser Signals

Mithra may use cookies, analytics, and similar technologies. Individuals can control cookies through their browser settings. Some third parties may collect information about online activities over time and across different websites or services. Because there is not currently a uniform standard, Mithra does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Choices and Requests

Individuals may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link. Where applicable law provides a right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Information, a request may be submitted to [email protected]. Mithra may verify the requester’s identity and may limit or deny a request as permitted by law.

Security and Retention

Mithra uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information, but no system is completely secure. Mithra may retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, for legitimate business, operational, legal, security, and compliance purposes, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements.

Children

Mithra’s websites and services are not directed to children under 13, and Mithra does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.

Changes

Mithra may update this Notice from time to time. Mithra will post the updated Notice and revise the version date above. The version date is the date the updated Notice becomes effective. Mithra will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
